I don’t have much to update on….

I haven’t been writing AT ALL in the last couple of weeks because work has taken over my soul like a brain-hungry zombie. I hope to get some more of it done soon. I have plenty of other story ideas I’m stirring around in my head and they are itching to be put on paper.

December will be my last month at my job. I’m leaving to go back to school,so in the meantime I have sick time to use up. I’m not taking grad classes yet, just some extra English classes to get myself ready again. Sounds weird, but I’ve been out of school for two years—and the last I checked, I couldn’t wait for graduation and had really bad senioritis. Its nice to see that mood turnaround.

My grad school search is also going on. I really don’t want to go anywhere in NY. Why? I really don’t want to stay here any longer, plus from my experience and work, I want to stay away from the NYS school system as an occupation. I’m not exactly going to bad mouth it because I know plenty of teachers here, but you know, to each their own—right?

That’s all I have to say for now. Hopefully I could be back with a better update.
